Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Rocky Mount, NC seeks compassionate live-in caregivers to provide one-on-one support for seniors in their homes. You will build meaningful relationships, learn routines, and offer companionship that promotes comfort and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and accompanying clients to appointments. Training is provided; benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or 2+ years in home senior care.
• Strong empathy, patience and communication skills essential.
• Ability to build trust and maintain quality caregiver-client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one companionship and client support in the home.
• Escort to doctor's appointments and run errands as needed.
• Assist with ADLs, meal preparation, light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Monitor client well-being and communicate with nursing team.
