POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities and other care needs, as directed by the Executive Administrator and members of the Care Operations team. We seek a self-motivated, compassionate, responsible, and energetic individual to help foster a positive and supportive environment for our residents. The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to adapt to a work environment that requires frequent shifts in direction. Caregivers should have excellent communication skills, with the expectation that they can clearly and timely express resident changes and concerns to the Executive Administrator.
