Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Bothell, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client, helping maintain comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life under an established care plan.

This role offers a Tue–Thu 5:30pm shift with pay of $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and active CNA or HCA with Nurse Delegation.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerations.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability and endurance to perform required caregiving tasks.
• Active CNA or HCA with Nurse Delegation
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals while following dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist clients with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks that the client is unable to complete independently.
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients on errands when needed.
• Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond appropriately and responsibly to emergencies or unusual situations.

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Bothell, WA. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Tuesdays 530pm until Thursdays at 530pm

Compensation

$21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment
