Griswold Home Care is seeking a Live-In Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients across Montgomery County and surrounding areas. The role involves staying in the client's residence during shifts, with private sleeping quarters and downtime provided.

The position offers 16-hour live-in shifts, daily/weekly pay options, and a path to growth within a growing caregiver team. Strong empathy and communication skills are essential, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to create a lasting impact on the lives of our clients and their families, becoming an integral part of their support system.

Shifts: 16-hour shifts

Live-in Role: Caregivers are expected to stay in the residence with the client during the duration of their shift. Private sleeping quarters and downtime are provided.

Hourly rate: approximately $200-$230 per day

Requirements

• Empathic, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and compassion
• Preferred 6+ months caregiving experience
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass criminal background checks
• At least two professional references related to caregiving or work history
