Job summary

FCP Live-In is seeking compassionate Home Health professionals for live-in caregiver positions in Lakeland, FL. Per diem roles supporting elderly clients at home provide meaningful daily care and companionship.

Ideal candidates are certified CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs with experience in elder care. Competitive pay, with room-and-board included on case assignments, and 24/7 support are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified CNA/HHA/PCA with elderly-care experience.
• Successful health screenings as required by state regulations.
• Clear background and reference checks per state and company policies.
• Flexible availability to work across listed states and Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing assistance.
• Assist with ambulation and prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Oversee medications and provide reminders as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in wellness activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks; assist with shopping and errands.
• Perform homemaking tasks and dementia/Alzheimer’s care as needed.
