FCP Live‑In in Hinesville, GA is hiring Home Care professionals to provide in-home support for the elderly. Per diem roles are available for certified CNAs, HHAs or PCAs with a compassionate, dedicated approach.

You can earn $54,236 to $63,336 per year on a full schedule; duties include personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Certified CNA, HHA, or PCA with experience working with the elderly.
• Successful clearance of health screens as required by state regulations.
• Successful clearance of state, federal, and company background checks.

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing.
• Ambulation assistance and help with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Medication oversight and reminders.
• Companionship, socializing, and fostering wellness.
• Cooking, meal and snack preparation.
• Shopping and running errands.
• Transportation to appointments and homemaking activities including dementia/hospice care.
