Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking experienced Live-In Caregivers. We are looking to hire Caregivers with 3+ years of experience working as a Live-In Caregiver. Always Best Care of Greater Bristol strives to hire Caregivers who have excellent communication skills, experience working with Seniors and those who truly love providing care. The main function of the caregivers is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure, professional environment which meets their needs. We are currently hiring for Fill-In and Permanent Live-In Cases. Live-In Caregivers will report directly to the Scheduler / Care Coordinator. Why Always Best Care?

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Responsible for house maintenance when applicable
  • Answer phone calls for clients when necessary
  • Converses with patients to provide assurance
  • Observes Universal Precautions
  • Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
  • Provides patient laundry and linen changes
  • Light housekeeping
  • Provides medication reminders
  • Meal preparation and clean up
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as an In-Home Caregiver required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
