• Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably live-in.
• Compassion, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and the care team.
• Ability to adapt to varying client needs and provide individualized care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
