Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Live-In Care Partner to provide daily living assistance, personal care and companionship in a client's home. The role requires remaining on-site for the live-in assignment, staying attentive, and offering support as care needs arise.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and background screening are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional caregiving experience (CNA, PCA, home care experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs.
• Must pass required background screening.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current TB skin test or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Support the client with daily living activities, personal care, companionship and safety.
• Maintain a comfortable, clean home environment.
• Remain at the client’s residence for the scheduled live-in assignment and be ready to assist as needed.

SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for a dedicated Live-In Care Partner who is dependable, patient, attentive and understands that excellent care goes beyond just completing tasks. It means treating every client with dignity, respect and kindness.

As a Live-In Care Partner, you will support the client with daily living activities, personal care, companionship and safety while maintaining a comfortable, clean home environment. The Care Partner is expected to remain at the client's residence for the scheduled live-in assignment. Care Partners must remain attentive, responsive, and prepared to assist the client whenever care is needed.

Requirements

• Three years of professional caregiving experience. CNA, PCA, and home care experience preferred.

• Reliable transportation

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.

• Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs

• Must be able to pass required background screening

• Current CPR/First Aid certification
