About this Job

I am looking for a Family Assistant who can travel with us while we are in Chicago/Wisconsin/Minnesota from 7 September, for at least one month. I am a SOLO parent of a delightful toddler (3.75 years old) and a very happy waddler (1.6 years old). We are coming to meet my parents, my sisters, my nephew. I work remotely and will be working while we travel. I need help with attending to the children and helping us manage everything smoothly while we travel. I am offering a monthly stipend. Non-smokers only, please. Female, vegetarian preferred. It will be wonderful if the helper meditates regularly and can model exemplary lifestyle habits (happiness, cheerful playfulness, optimism, positivity, healthy food and exercise habits, cleanliness, politeness, warmth, generosity, kindness, self-confidence, honesty, safety, intelligence, curiosity, etc.). Ideally, I would love it if the helper has experience with positive discipline, gentle parenting, “Montessori at home,” unschooling, “educaring parenting,” unconditional parenting, nonviolent communication parenting, etc. And I prefer someone who practices gender equity in parenting.
