Qualifications

• Reliable Transportation is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Access to a personal smartphone with email and messaging functionality is required.
• Valid driver's license needed as vehicle use is essential.
• Experience in general building maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections.
• Report violations of lease and house rules.
• Complete maintenance requests and work orders timely.
• Work with manager to schedule vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties.
• Maintain excellent curb appeal.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
