Job summary

GPJ is seeking a Technical Director to lead the on-site technical production for major live shows. You will manage the production crew, define technical solutions, and uphold GPJ production standards, coordinating with executive producers and designers.

This hybrid role requires reporting on-site at multiple US offices (including Austin) at least 2 days/week, with travel up to 40%. Candidates should have 5+ years of production management, Vectorworks CAD, and strong Google Suite skills; budget

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years direct production management and/or technical production experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site manager for major shows and events.
• Manage technical budgets and CAD plans.
• Oversee vendor execution and RFQ processes.
• Collaborate with Executive Producer/Producer to ensure project success.
