Job summary

Legends Global at The Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, Texas, seeks a Stagehand to support the production department with expert technical theater knowledge and a strong safety and guest-service mindset. The role emphasizes collaboration with artists, clients and staff to deliver high-quality events.

You will assist with lighting, carpentry, rigging and sound, ensuring responsive, cost-conscious technical services and a clean, safe workspace for every performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical theater with cross-discipline experience in lighting, carpentry, rigging, sound and props.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights with safety awareness.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional interactions with artists, clients and staff to ensure smooth productions.
• Communicate crew issues with Production Manager and management to address timely solutions.
• Maintain safe and functional working conditions and document issues related to cost and safety.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
