Job summary

Water City Blaze is seeking an Event Sales Assistant to support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns at retail promotions, pop-up events, and community activations in Tampa. You will introduce customers to smartphones, mobile plans, home internet, and connected services, helping them find solutions that fit their everyday needs.

No previous sales or events experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with opportunities to develop practical sales skills and

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Hospitality/retail/customer service background welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent leading mobile and connectivity brands at live events and retail promotions.
• Engage customers through face-to-face conversations and product demonstrations.
• Help customers compare products, plans and service options.
• Assist with customer registrations and account setup as needed.
• Work with a team to achieve daily campaign and sales objectives.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, product training and development.
