Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Watsco Center in Miami, FL. You will own the brand voice, design assets, and local campaigns for ticketed and private events, working with partners and the university.

You will manage digital, social, and email marketing, optimize content for SEO/AEO, and track performance. The role requires collaboration across teams and occasional night/event hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related area of study required.
• 2-3 years of related marketing experience; live entertainment, sports, or venue experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office; experience with CMS, email, social, and analytics platforms (including Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Own the Watsco Center brand voice across signage and materials; lead branding and rebranding efforts as needed.
• Design and localize ad materials, event marketing assets, and digital signage using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; coordinate with Creative Services.
• Build and execute local marketing strategies for ticketed events, premium seating, private events, and ancillary sales.
• Promote events via email, social, web, press, paid media, and in-venue placements; track sales and adjust tactics.
• Manage the venue's social media calendar, content creation, and analytics; maintain CMS website content.
