Live Events Campaign Ops I (Seasonal), Live Events Campaign Ops

If you love sports, solving big-customer problems, and have a passion for new technology in the media space, then the Live Events Operations Associate role is an exciting opportunity at the intersection of these interests. Amazon Prime Video delivers the future of Live Sports with broadcast agreements worldwide, including NFL’s Thursday Night Football, The English Premier League, and The French Open (Roland-Garros). Advertising plays a crucial role in our success, and we are building a world-class live sports ad program that benefits customers, advertisers, and league partners with innovative ad experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in booking and trafficking campaigns, creative management, order activation, and other campaign launch tasks. The Live Events Operations Associate will collaborate with Campaign Services, Sales, Finance, Production, and Activation teams to support ad sales revenue and broadcast schedules. Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity are essential, as workflows involve industry best practices and proprietary tools.

NOTE: This is a 6-month seasonal role.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards in campaign fulfillment.
  • Manage platform success, ensuring campaigns meet SLA and are accurate.
  • Execute campaigns by booking, trafficking, and coordinating with creatives.
  • Communicate campaign status to global partners and adjust creatives or IKVs as needed.
  • Proactively troubleshoot, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Create weekly/monthly campaign reports.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes and maintain ad-serving capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop new initiatives.
  • Develop best practices and suggest improvements.
  • Mentor and train operational teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Technical Requirements: Familiarity with ad serving platforms and tools such as Salesforce, OMS, Rodeo is preferred.

Quantifiable Metrics: Meet accuracy goals each month.

Minimum qualifications:
