Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Live Events Operator to contribute to end-to-end production workflows. The role focuses on hands-on live event execution, including AD/TD/graphics operations, signal QC, and coordination with networks and digital teams.

The position requires 2+ years in live operations or master control, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment. On-site work in Sterling, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in live operations or master control
• Broadcast playout automation experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to work 24/7 environment including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Hands-on contributor to live event execution (AD/TD/graphics operator/S&P delay operator)
• Document and distribute live event SOPs
• Attend client meetings to gather requirements and provide operational input
• Collaborate with Engineering/TOC/IT to troubleshoot live events
• Train live event operators as needed
• Support digital partners for live events
