Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Audio Visual Technician – Audio Engineer to support corporate meetings, town halls, livestreams, and special events in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on professional audio production, including live sound, microphone systems, and signal routing, with additional AV support for video and conferencing.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, dependability, and a client-focused mindset to ensure high-visibility events run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of live corporate event production with hands-on camera operation.
• Experience configuring video signal routing and LD/HD formats (SDI/HDMI/NDI).
• Proficient in livestreaming, recording, and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot professional audio for corporate events and livestreams.
• Mix live audio for in-room and virtual audiences and manage signal routing.
• Coordinate with video, lighting, and conferencing teams to deliver high-quality events.
• Record event audio and assist with media management and archiving as needed.
