Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer to join our outdoor crew, building and tearing down scaffolds at professional venues. The role involves travel from site to site, working as part of a small crew, and performing safety-focused scaffolding tasks in varied environments.

Full-time, year-round work with opportunities for advancement to crew lead or foreman. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring or events preferred.
• Must be capable of working overtime.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with good driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails.
• Assist in safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment per project plans.
• Inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, remove debris and materials.
• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
• Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation.
• Ensure safety measures are followed; wear safety equipment.
• Maintain fall protection while erecting/dismantling scaffolds.
• Keep tools and equipment cleaned and maintained after each shift.
• Ensure client satisfaction within planned time schedules.
• Other duties as required.
• Background Check and Drug screening required.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
