Job summary

InProduction in Texas is seeking a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer to build and dismantle scaffolds at major venues, often under live event schedules. You will work with a small crew across football stadiums, baseball fields, and other venues, traveling from job to job.

You’ll travel with a crew, stay in hotels, and work outdoors year-round with overtime opportunities. Benefits are available to you and eligible family members; expect outdoor work in sun and varied environments along with

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record.
• Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers.
• Cannot be afraid of heights.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails.
• Assist in safe installation/removal of equipment per plans.
• Inspect scaffold components prior to assembly.
• Clean and prepare construction sites; remove debris.
• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks.
• Study plans and equipment lists before on-site work.
• Maintain fall protection and safety measures.
• Ensure tools are cleaned and maintained after shifts.
• Aim for client satisfaction within project timelines.
• Other duties as required.
