Job summary

RockFORCE is seeking Scaffolding Climbers to assist with the assembly, climbing, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for live events and productions. This role requires working at heights, strict compliance with safety procedures, and strong coordination in a team-based environment.

We value proven climbing experience in entertainment rigging, knowledge of fall arrest systems and PPE, OSHA 10, and willingness to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends in various indoor/outdoor

Qualifications

• Experience climbing structures in entertainment rigging or similar.
• Comfort with working at significant heights for extended periods.
• Knowledge of fall arrest systems, PPE, and safety rules.
• OSHA 10 certification required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Safely climb structures, trusses, and venue grids to perform overhead work.
• Install and secure rigging equipment, motors, and cabling at heights.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of overhead systems.
• Ensure compliance with fall protection and safety protocols.
