Advantage Solutions is hiring for an on-site role in New Jersey to drive sales by engaging customers with live events and sampling at retail locations. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to help you succeed in a dynamic team environment.

You will assist with interviewing and onboarding, support scheduling and reporting, and help set up and break down demos across stores. Join us and grow your career with a leading field marketing organization.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.
• Set up and break down demos at the work site.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, interviewing and onboarding new team members.
