Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at communities and retail spaces. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours.

You will represent brands, assist customers, and work with a supportive team to ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Maintain safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with a team.
