On Trend Group is seeking an Event Sales Assistant to represent well-known brands at live events, shopping centres, and high-footfall locations. You will focus on creating memorable customer interactions, promoting products, and driving sales in a fun, energetic environment.

No prior sales experience is required as we provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to build the skills and confidence you need from day one. This is a dynamic, in-person role with varied event locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, and community campaigns
• Engage with members of the public in a professional and approachable manner
• Demonstrate products and services while highlighting their key benefits
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Generate sales and process customer sign-ups where applicable
• Assist with the setup, presentation, and breakdown of promotional event spaces
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences
