Leap Event Technology is a remote-friendly company with on-site options in Montréal, Dallas, and Sydney. We’re seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead on-site deployments for global events, coordinating across teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

You’ll manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and stay at the forefront of event tech, traveling extensively to deliver outstanding live experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, with a focus on events, IT, or operations.
• 1–3 years of experience in event production or live event planning.
• Strong technical and IT skills with on-site or remote client support experience.
• Familiar with contracts and able to read and understand them.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of events and execute on-site deployments (approx. 25/year).
• Deliver exceptional client service and work independently.
• Maintain expert proficiency in Leap Event Technology products and integrations.
• Create and manage budgets for events, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate fulfillment operations, timelines, QA, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Provide escalation support to Client Support for on-site operations software/hardware.
• Travel 60%+ of the year, including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborate with Product, Account, and Implementation teams on operations plans.
