Job summary

Production Resource Group in Denver seeks a Shop Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinate inbound/outbound processes, and enforce safety regulations on the warehouse floor. The role requires strong leadership and adherence to policies in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AV/Broadcast equipment rental or event execution, plus excellent customer service and communication skills. Bachelor’s preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years AV/Broadcast equipment rental and/or event execution experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working in Windows/MAC OS environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks.
• Manage equipment on the floor and keep aisles clear.
• Generate quality control reports for inbound/outbound equipment.
• Communicate with departments to maintain workflow.
• Ensure outbound equipment is staged and shipped on time.
• Scan orders and transfers for accuracy.
• Address shortages and damaged equipment with other departments.
• Keep floor areas neat and organized.
• Utilize PRG inventory program to facilitate pickups with dispatch.
