Job summary

A leading live entertainment company in California seeks a dedicated technician for event productions. This role ensures the success of shows by managing technical aspects, including audio and stage operations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of production experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in audio systems and stage lighting. The position offers an hourly pay of $16.90 to $20.00, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
Experience in pro audio systems, stage lighting, and basic video systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level.

Responsibilities

Perform Load-in & Out of band equipment and rental equipment.
Set Up and Break down of Band and Event Equipment.
Cabling and patching/working together with the entire crew as a team.
Audio adjustments and maintaining safe audio levels while providing a professional mix.
Operating Audio Control Boards.
Overseeing visiting audio techs, especially during shows.
Maintaining and repairing audio equipment.
Interacting with visiting production crews to ensure a successful show.
