Job summary

Hornets Basketball Brand is looking for a full-time A/V Specialist to support technical needs for all Hornets Sports & Entertainment events in Charlotte. Responsibilities include setting up broadcast systems, ensuring smooth event operations, and supervising production staff. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Technical Operations, strong audio and video production skills, and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of audio and video production.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy video equipment (50-100 lbs).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with technical needs across all HSE and Spectrum Center events.
  • Set up audio and video systems for broadcasts and events.
  • Supervise production staff in their operational duties.
