Job summary

Opry Entertainment is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our live performance venue stores. You'll help guests, process transactions at the POS, and keep displays inviting to showcase our music heritage.

You''ll upsell products, assist during peak times including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with tour guides to create memorable souvenir photos while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills required.
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests. Greet and assist guests in the retail space.
• Process transactions using POS and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain merchandising and keep the sales floor visually appealing.
• Upsell products based on guest interests and needs.
• Collaborate with tour guides to create souvenir photos for immediate display and sale.
• Receive daily shipments and stock shelves according to policies.
• Follow safety and security policies; report issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
