Role Description The Live Commerce Host is a full-time, hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for some work from alternate studio locations. This role is responsible for hosting live-streamed product showcases, cooking demonstrations, and interactive sessions that highlight Primo Fare food and health and beauty offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include promote the live event content, presenting products clearly and engagingly on camera, interacting with viewers in real time, answering questions, and driving audience engagement and sales. The Live Commerce Host will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, prepare scripts and talking points, and ensure accurate product information. The role also involves monitoring live performance metrics, gathering audience feedback, and continuously refining content and presentation style to improve reach and conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including confident on-camera presence, clear speaking, and the ability to engage live audiences.
• Customer Service skills to respond to viewer questions, manage feedback, and create a welcoming, inclusive live experience.
• Training and presentation skills to explain product features, usage, and benefits in an easy-to-understand, educational format.
• Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage and/or Health & Beauty, with the ability to discuss in detail including product quality accurately.
• Sales skills to promote products effectively, encourage conversions during live sessions, and support broader sales goals.
• Comfort with live-stream platforms, social media tools, and basic digital content production (lighting, audio, and setup).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing schedules or formats.
• Prior experience in hosting, retail, food service, or online content creation is beneficial.
