Job summary

The Nurse Dolls 2.0 is seeking a fast, empathetic Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. You will interact with customers in real-time via web chat, SMS, and messaging platforms to resolve inquiries, assist with orders, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong written communication, and a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with live chat tools is preferred.
