You will operate the broadcast console, monitor on‑air programming for quality and FCC compliance, and coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams to place ads accurately. Flex hours include nights, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.
• Monitor on-air programming for quality, timing, and FCC compliance.
• Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams for smooth transitions and accurate ad placement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate as needed.
• Record, edit, and load audio content for playback using automation systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
