Job summary

Qualifications

3-7 years in live events, broadcast, AV, theater, or production environments.
Solid understanding of professional audio signal flow.
Dante (Level 2) certification or higher preferred.
Experience operating digital audio consoles or DSP systems.
Knowledge of microphones, loudspeakers, amplifiers, and balanced audio systems.

Responsibilities

Own venue-wide audio systems, preventative maintenance, commissioning, documentation, and readiness.
Set up, configure, and operate professional audio equipment for live broadcasts, productions, and events.
Install and maintain microphones, loudspeakers, amplifiers, audio interfaces, and digital mixing consoles.
Troubleshoot Dante networks: routing, clock sync, device discovery, signal verification.
Perform system checks, sound checks, and testing before productions.
Monitor audio quality during rehearsals and live productions; adjust as needed.
Troubleshoot audio, networking, and signal-flow issues quickly to minimize interruptions.
Maintain equipment inventory, cable management, and clean workspaces.
Interface with broadcast trucks and engineering teams to integrate Belmont Park infrastructure.
