Advanced Systems Group, LLC in Menlo Park, CA seeks an AV Technician (Audio Focus) to mix live audio for events, streams, and weekly all-hands meetings on-site. You will support conference rooms, new control room builds, and campus infrastructure with a do-it-all approach across video, audio, and IT tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate/live event AV, strong live mixing skills on Yamaha consoles, and experience with Dante, Shure ULX-D, and Axient Digital systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on AV Technician or AV Engineer experience in corporate/live event environments.
• Strong understanding of audio and video signal flow and live mixing.
• Experience running simultaneous in-room and broadcast mixes from a single console and use of Dante networks.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and mix audio for internal events, live streams, and all-hands meetings.
• Configure wireless mic systems (Shure ULX-D, Axient) and manage frequency coordination.
• Route audio across Dante networks and perform room/venue signal routing checks.
• Support conference rooms, control room builds, and event walkthroughs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment, ticketing, and room setups.
