American Cancer Society in Little Rock, AR seeks a fundraising events leader to drive a $400k+ portfolio and deliver high-impact experiences for donors, sponsors, and volunteers.

You will build relationships, plan and execute events, grow revenue and donor pipelines, and collaborate across teams to deepen long-term engagement and community impact. Travel and evening/weekend meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years successful fundraising and relationship development experience.

Responsabilités

• Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement.
• Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within assigned portfolio.
• Aligns event participants and partners to broader organizational engagement opportunities to deepen long-term impact.
• Monitors performance against goals, adjusting strategies to optimize revenue and ROI.
• Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment.
