Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking an events fundraising leader based in the Little Rock, Arkansas region to plan and execute a $400,000+ portfolio, driving revenue through donors, sponsors and volunteers while delivering high-quality event experiences.

You will build and manage relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers and partners, coordinate logistics and budgets, monitor performance against goals, and collaborate across teams to ensure brand alignment and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years fundraising and relationship development experience.
• Travel and ability to attend evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build donor, sponsor, volunteer relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Plan and execute event fundraising activities including logistics and budgets.
• Grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within portfolio.
• Align participants with organizational engagement opportunities to deepen impact.
• Monitor performance and optimize ROI across events.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners for event delivery and brand alignment.
