Job summary

Little Medical School is seeking energetic instructors to teach hands-on medical and STEM programs to kids ages 3–14. This role involves leading interactive classes, using age-appropriate tools, and inspiring children through role-play and hands-on learning.

Schedule is flexible, approximately 6–10 hours per week with weekday mornings/afternoons; classes occur across pre-schools, parks, and recreation centers. Travel up to 30 minutes to class locations; compensation ranges from $20–$30 per hour.

About Us: Little Medical School is looking for energetic, engaging instructors to teach hands-on medical and STEM programs to kids ages 3–14! This is a fun, flexible role where you’ll lead interactive classes, use real (age-appropriate) medical tools, and inspire kids through role-playing and hands-on learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach preschools, after-school programs, camps, and special events
• Lead fun, interactive lessons using provided curriculum
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment

Schedule:

Coaches will typically work 6-10 hours per week, with availability needed primarily during weekday mornings and afternoons.

Classes are held across pre-schools/day-care centers, parks, and recreational centers. Teachers are expected to travel up to 30 minutes to get to a class location. We have schools in the following cities: Frisco, Prosper, The Colony, McKinney, Celina, Little Elm and North Plano.

Compensation: Teachers earn $20-$30 per hour.
