Little League World Series Event Staff

Dates of Employment are August 7, 2025 - August 25, 2025

If you are observant, outgoing, and have energy while delivering outstanding guest experiences, we want to hear from you! This role is perfect for someone who values both safety and service in a dynamic setting.

The World Series event held in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, from August 13, 2025, until August 24, 2025, is looking to hire Event Staff. This position offers $13 per hour. All Event Staff positions are contingent upon ability to pass required background checks. Extensive background checks may include PA clearances.

Shift Times (will vary based on the timing of games):

• 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
• 4:00 PM - 12:30AM

Event staff duties include (but not limited to): Helping the event run smoothly by staffing entrances, assisting with ticket scanning, and working closely with security to maintain order and enforce venue rules. They contribute to a positive guest experience by answering questions, giving directions around the complex, and helping ensure a safe, family-friendly environment. Their presence supports both the flow of the event and the comfort of players, families, and fans throughout the tournament.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate the following:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation and the ability to commute to South Williamsport, PA

• Committed to guest safety and their experience, with a strong understanding and embodiment of our core values: Teamwork, Fun, Inclusion, Community, and Integrity

• Safety-conscious and alert, with the ability to learn and follow event rules, procedures, and the layout of the complex

• Observant and attentive, with good eyesight, hearing, clear communication skills, and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure

• Physically capable of standing, stooping, and bending for extended periods in varying weather conditions

• Possesses sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to handle stressful or changing situations professionally

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented, with a positive and inclusive attitude

• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a neat, professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
