Little League World Series Courtesy Shuttle Driver

Dates of Employment are August 11, 2025 - August 24, 2025

Do you love meeting new people, enjoy driving, and want to be part of one of the most iconic youth sports events in the world? This may be the role for you!

Little League International, headquartered in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is currently accepting applications for Courtesy Shuttle Driver positions in support of the Little League World Series. The position offers $13 per hour and flexible scheduling options. Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and successfully complete all required background checks.


Courtesy Shuttle Driver duties include (but not limited to): This role is responsible for safely transporting guests in a timely and courteous manner using minivans, SUVs, or multi-passenger golf carts throughout the Little League complex. Drivers are expected to greet and welcome all guests professionally, serving as ambassadors for the Little League World Series by providing helpful information and ensuring a positive experience. Additional responsibilities include assisting passengers with boarding when needed and directing traffic successfully amongst the complex.


Preferred candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Must have at least 5+ years of driving experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation within commuting distance to South Williamsport, PA

  • Must be available for most dates between August 11, 2025 - August 24, 2025
  • Demonstrated ability to drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

  • Must be able to endure standing extended periods in hot weather while effectively and safely managing the movement of guests at specific locations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to create a welcoming experience for all guests

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to follow directions accurately in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent vision, hearing, and reflexes to ensure safe vehicle operation
