Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Trial Attorney in South Carolina and North Carolina. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions on a day-to-day basis.

Litigation/Trial Attorneys (North Carolina & South Carolina)

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in litigation, trial experience preferred
• Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
• Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation
• Experience: 4-6 years litigating personal injury law cases

Qualifications

• Experience in Law, Courts, and Trials
• Proficiency in Motions and Depositions
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
