Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements based on gathered information.
• Design complete systems to meet defined requirements.
• Translate requirements into suitable systems designs.
• Test software and prepare data for testing.
• Provide technical expertise and supervision to lower-level personnel.
• Facilitate understanding of task objectives with Government staff.

Skills

Experience in setting up Oracle databases in UNIX

Ability to analyze system requirements

Knowledge of Government's IT environments

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Relativity

Education
