Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of hands-on experience related to systems in use.
• Must have substantial experience in setting up Oracle databases.
• Requires ability to translate system requirements into coherent designs.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements based on interactions with Government staff.
• Design entire systems to meet defined requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into systems designs.

Skills

Experience with Oracle databases in a UNIX environment

Ability to analyze system requirements

Knowledge of Government's IT environments

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience in automated litigation support

Technical supervision or team leadership

Experience with Relativity

Experience with I-Pro eCapture

Experience with ReadySuite

Education

Undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology
