Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking an IT Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office with litigation software and hardware, including IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, and Nuix. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and secure operations of litigation support resources.

You will collaborate with the district's Litigation Support Coordinator, ensure data confidentiality and system reliability, and provide user training and responsive customer support in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with litigation support principles and practices.
• Experience with systems security methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services (trial prep/presentation) with the district's Litigation Support Coordinator.
• Test, QA, configure, install, implement, and maintain litigation support resources for data/voice/video transmission.
• Ensure systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency.
• Install new or modified litigation support hardware and software.
• Resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
• Maintain and control the district's litigation support equipment inventory.
• Promote awareness of security issues and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Provide customer support including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training.
• Diagnose and resolve problems from incidents; assist with training and orientation for new users.
