Job summary

Contact Government Services is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to assist the United States Attorney's Office with forensic and data-related tasks. You will coordinate trial preparation, install and maintain support tools, and ensure secure, available systems for case work.

The role requires a US citizenship, a related bachelor's degree, and experience with IPRO Eclipse and Relativity, plus strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Background investigation and government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with litigation support principles and systems.
• Experience with IPRO Eclipse and Relativity.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services and trial prep with stakeholders.
• Test, QA, install, and maintain litigation support resources.
• Ensure systems availability, integrity, and efficiency.
• Install/modify litigation support hardware and software.
• Resolve hardware/software interface problems and manage inventory.
• Maintain information security policies and procedures.
• Provide customer support and user training.
• Diagnose incidents and assist users across platforms.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
