Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly organized Legal Analyst - Litigation to support the Corporate Legal Team. The role requires rigorous attention to detail and strong collaboration with attorneys and internal stakeholders to manage disputes and compliance efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in litigation support, paralegal, or legal operations role.
• Familiarity with matter management platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented; ability to review and understand accounting or financial information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, Teams, and Adobe Programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to attorneys handling a wide range of matters by maintaining and organizing litigation files, case trackers and matter management systems.
• Process notices of claims and service of legal process as part of matter intake.
• Conduct factual research and summarize findings for pending or anticipated disputes.
• Identify relevant subject matter experts and collect information for use in case matters.
• Track court deadlines, filing dates and maintain litigation calendars.
