Expert Institute is seeking a Client Advisor on our managed billing team to serve as a strategic partner between attorney-clients and our research delivery team. This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management on a fast-paced, technology-driven platform.

The position focuses on leading case intake conversations, translating complex legal needs into actionable research parameters, managing client engagements end-to-end, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 1-3 years client or customer service experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges.
• Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
