Job summary

Analysis Group is a leading economics consulting firm seeking a Litigation Project Specialist to provide case support across client engagements, focusing on quality control, document management, and research support.

You will organize case materials in Excel, summarize documents, assist with deposition binders, and help train new consultants while leveraging AI tools. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred; strong writing and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a concentration in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, English, or related field is a plus.
• An ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of substantive relevant experience; professional services experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality-check case work product for accuracy, clarity and consistency.
• Catalog and organize case documents in Excel spreadsheets.
• Review and summarize case documents including deposition testimony and exhibits.
• Search and retrieve documents as needed for case work.
• Conduct market and company research using online resources and library searches; summarize data.
