Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a legal studies or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of substantive relevant experience preferred in professional services.
• Strong research, writing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with internal consultants.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality-check case work products for accuracy and consistency.
• Catalog and organize case documents in Excel, ensure materials are tracked.
• Review and summarize case documents including deposition material.
• Search and retrieve documents as needed for case work.
• Conduct market and company research using online resources.
• Perform data entry, mainly in Excel, and support reporting.
• Assist with preparation of electronic deposition review binders.
• Assist in training new consultants on client and case.
• Provide general administrative and casework support.
• Utilize AI tools to support day-to-day workflows.
