The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges between 65,000 and 85,000 USD DOE and the position is non-remote.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Completion of a paralegal program preferred; knowledge of civil litigation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints.
• E-file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate with clients, court, and counsel; assist with discovery.
