Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Excellent drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
• Proficient in legal research methodologies and databases.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and accuracy.
• Experience with MS Office and legal case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft complaints, answers, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
• Organize and manage case files with accurate filing and accessibility.
• Conduct legal research and fact-finding under attorney direction.
• Prepare exhibits for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Coordinate depositions, client meetings, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Manage discovery deadlines and respond to requests.
• Review and summarize documents to support case strategy.
• Assist with trial prep including witness prep and exhibit management.
